Purpose

  • To meet business related needs including purchase of Business Premises, Machinery, Equipment, Furniture & Fixtures, Vehicles, others and to meet Working Capital Requirement of the business.

Eligibility

  • All Udyam Registered MSME entities where URC is issued in the name of a person having age up to 35 years.

Margin

  • Minimum : 10%

Nature of Facility

  • FB & NFB

Quantum of Loan

  • Above Rs.10 lakh to Rs.1 Crore (including exporter finance)

Rate of Interest

  • RBLR+2.00%, (0.25% concession if ZED certified)

Security

  • Primary: Charge on Assets acquired by Bank Finance.

Repayment

  • Working Capital: On demand with annual review.
  • Term Loans: Maximum 7 years excluding moratorium (6 months max.)
